As a new home owner of an old home, I got these quotes from 3 vendors and I am finding it hard which one would be right choice for getting a new HVAC. All 3 have good reputation in my area (at least that what I have impression about based on google!!)
I am looking for HVAC that suits my 1000sqft home. Looking for experts to weigh in and help me make decision.
Vendor 1:
Recommended Carrie 59TP6 - most expensive one. it has 10 yrs part and labor warranty covered
Alternate Rheem R96V - Almost ***$ less but labor is just 5 yrs
vendor 2:
Lennox EL296V - 1 yrs labor and 10 yrs part. priced slight more than Rheem. Extended labor warranty will cost me ***$ more.
vendor 3:
York TM9V - cheapest one. ***$ less than Rheem and comes with 10 yrs part and labour warranty.
Now vendor# 3 sounds good but I am not sure how good Is York. I know Carrier is one of best brand. And have heard about Rheem as well as Lennox. But the warranty conditional for these 2 aren't encouraging and I am not sure if it worth to pay for the brand in case of carrier.
