My carrier air handler calls for a 10 mfd run capacitor. The system was humming when I turned it on last night but not blowing air. The hvac technician replaced it with a 7.5 mfd today. It ran all day, but after I shut it off this evening it would not restart…only humming again. Is the lower capacitor an issue? Thanks.
