Hello, I was having some issues with air coming out of a vent in a bathroom. Got to looking around and noticed one of the ducts coming away from the plenum. Well I cut the zip tie just to rezip tie it back on but before I put it back on I noticed the hole on the plenum is only half cut. Looked a bit further and 2 others ducts have the same half cut hole. Instead of it being a full circle hole like an O it was half cut like a D shape. They are all 6" ducts. Is there a reason they didn't cut the holes out all the way? Just to reduce airflow to those ducts or?
