Fujitsu ductless mini-split tech support and troubleshooting

I have a Fujitsu ductless unit I installed for a customer that doesn't turn on after installation. I've tried getting ahold of Fujitsu technical support but have spent over 5 hours on hold and have called over several days. I am getting very frustrated as they don't offer good diagrams online to self troubleshoot an issue where it doesn't even power on to provide error codes. I have checked the following

I have line power to both the outdoor unit and indoor unit
I am getting continuity between the communication wire on the outdoor and indoor unit.

I had one issue during installation where the power was on prior to connecting the indoor head unit, however the arc occurred prior to being connected to the indoor unit so an arc should have only affected the outdoor unit. After shutting of power and connecting everything up though I still had line voltage

Any ideas on what to check first or how to get through to Fujitsu technical support faster, sure am tired of wasting an afternoon at the job and not getting through.
