Mitsubishi (SUZ/SVZ) vs (PUZ/PVA)

I have received proposals for both to replace my gas furnace. When I ask the PVA proposer if the SVA would be less expensive, he said no as the additional cost for the electrical work make it about the same price. The PVA is powered by the outdoor unit. When I ask the SVZ proposer about going to Hyper Heat (PUZ/PVA), he said it is more expensive, doesn't require back-up heat making the electrical work less, and requires half the panel space of the other. if I would save money going to a hyper heat, his response was no as the hyper heat compressor runs at high speed when it's cold, and would likely cost more than the using heat strips in my location. He also said his competitors don't quote the SUZ model or there is no room in the panel.

I've been trying to gather more information on the differences. From what I can tell for 2 1/2 ton units, the PUZ combo provides a little higher BTU with the same three fans speeds for both air handlers.

I read the PUZ/PVA is geared toward commercial applications, but as a homeowner I'm not exactly what that means in terms of operations/performance.

For residential uses, other than cost, is heat strips or not the primary question one asks in selected one versus the other?
