Incomplete HVAC Install- How To Find Pro To Finish

Boiled down- I made a very large, foolish and costly mistake and allowed someone to install a new Ruud furnance in the attic of a tiny house we own and also a new Ruud air conditioning unit.

Issue #1. Furnace makes a subtle high pitched noise. I have no idea if it's normal. It sounds a little like the sound our main house radiator pipes make in fall before bleeding pipes but not nearly as loud. It might be normal.

Issue #2. The in/out pipes from furnace don't have a flue on them. They just exit the house. It's noisy. It needs a flue/muffler.

Issue #3. The air conditioner is not online yet. For all I know it might be an expensive, large paper weight.

Issue #4. I need to find a licensed HVAC professional willing to come assess the situation, do whatever needs doing and sign a service contract. The large company who installed the furnace in main house will not touch the new system in the tiny house because they didn't supply the machines. At least not for two years.

What do I say on the phone when calling HVAC companies?

I need to pick up the ball where it is now and move it down the field. Whatever it costs, it costs. That's what happens when you make a stupid mistake.

Do I call this a botched, incomplete install and just keep calling phone numbers until I find someone willing to come here?

Thanks for any advice that can be given.
