Daikin Mini-split CTXS indoor unit

The following is only referring to heating mode! Cooling mode has not been tested in the following situation. I recently had a 5-zone Daikin mini-split installed by a company and after a couple weeks of use I asked them to install a Daikin ENVi thermostat on one of the indoor units (CTXS) to sense the temperature at a different location than the air handler. After the company attempted and failed installation of the ENVi, the CTXS unit will turn on heat mode for a few minutes and then turn off, without reaching the target temperature. The room now rarely reaches the target temperature when it is cold outside. Other indoor units will continue to blow heat until the set point is reached and then turn off. The company installed a different ENVi thermostat and the CTXS air handler is still turning off the heat before the set point is reached. I am wondering if there is a setting in the ENVi thermostat causing this or did the technician perhaps mess up a circuit board the first time they tried to install the thermostat requiring me to call them out to replace a board. If you can give suggestions on which direction I should go, I would appreciate it!
