Yes I have a 4 ton dual fuel Rheem . 1 year old was new construction and when the system kicks on the insulation around duct work swells quite a bit. Is this normal is there an allowance, I feel as though any swelling is a leak and a cut In efficiency correct? Have contacted installer but no response. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
