Smart thermostat recommendation for home with 6 thermostats for heat and 3 for AC

Hello,

I just bought a fairly large (4200 sq ft.) house that has 6 separate thermostats for heat and another 3 for AC. They’re separate systems but I’d really like to simplify the setup with Ecobee or similar thermostat that controls both heat and AC if possible. Unfortunately, the controls are not very close to one another so may be a bit of work re-routing the wires which I’m going to ask an electrician or HVAC expert(?) to handle.

My question to the forum is: what would be the ideal setup to order to do this? Primary reason for consolidating is to simplify for my parents, who will be spending quite a bit of time here. They’re iPhone users so HomeKit is a big plus for me, as well as the ability to control remotely when I’m not there (via Homepod acting as a hub and/or Home Assistant).

I'm also wondering what sort of contractors I'd need to hire to do the work? I'm not at all handy myself. Do I need an HVAC contractor? Electrician? Both?

Some more details on my configuration are attached in a PDF that I originally posted to an Ecobee forum as that's my preference given that I don't trust Nest/Google (but if that's the best option by a long shot I'll probably go with it).

Thanks in advance for your recommendations!
