Hello, I was wondering if a 12k BTU mini split with only one indoor head would be able to cool a 24' x 16' space that has a partial wall in the center? There is also an 8' x 16' bathroom off to one side that I was hoping would also be heated and cooled by this one unit too. The indoor unit will have to go on the one side of the room and was concerned if it would distribute the heat/air evenly past the partition wall.
I have put a small simple drawing of the space it is a 16' x 30' space and the green marking is the spot the mini split head will have to go. I live in zone three and used an online calculator to see the BTU needed for 512sq feet space. I will have this installed by a professional but just wanted to get an idea of if this will even work or not.
