About 6 years old Lennox ML180UH furnace. There is always a few seconds loud metal scratch sound at end of each heating cycle. Sounds like coming from inducer motor. But, the noise oddly disappeared when took upper access panel off.
Also, burner sometimes won't be lit up at the first ignition, it would need second attempt. I read some online posts saying this maybe caused by nest thermostat, don't know if it's true.
