Don’t know the exact terminology but we just had a new AC unit installed (replaced old one) at our home for the upstairs we have one for downstairs and one for upstairs ..it Works fine
A week after install I went upstairs - and noticed my entire bathroom was flooded - finally figured out it was coming up thru the sink drain! I called a plumber who told me it was the condensate AC drain line clogged with debris - cleaned it etc and charged me $250 mostly for the same day service - he mentioned when I had the new unit installed the AC guys should have flushed the line as part of their follow thru.. Is this true?
