I recently purchased two Lennox 4 Ton systems for my home.
After my purchase I noticed on the Lennox website that there is a Rebate offered.
By luck - my installation date was day 1 of the Rebate.
I tried to file my data on the Lennox site and was unable.
i called Lennox and informed of my issue.
They asked if the Company I purchased from is registered for the Rebate.
???@###$$^& ?? WHAT?
OK my neighbor owns a HVAC company.
He tells me he did not know to inquire or submit anything to qualify for Rebate Offers.
I paid $ a lot for the two systems.
IF there is a Rebate offered - How is it not ME that the factory is concerned with?
I am truly baffled and am very upset with Lennox as I probably will now NOT get any Rebate.
If Not - I intend to make my complaint known ...somehow. Not to be mean - but informative.
Any help on Rebate Madness?
