New 5-stage Gree Flexx 20-seer AC installed, worried it's not performing properly. It runs all day, has a hard time achieving temp. The best delta between return and supply I see is 10-15 degrees on a temperate 80 degree day. Worse on a hot day. I was definitely expecting better performance with this high-efficiency unit. Is that a reasonable expectation?
Also, my Ecobee only ever shows it on what it calls "stage 2 cooling" and from what I'm reading the Ecobee can only ever control two stages of heating/cooling. It was also installed into a Rheem two-stage furnace. Does this mean it's not using all 5 stages of the Gree unit? Thanks for any insight.
