Is documentation of annual maintenance required for the warranty?
Twice a year the best option? Or just every spring sufficient?
Does the warranty work have to be completed by the company that installed?
I have lurked on this forum since the spring and found it to be very interesting. I became very interested in the brands and did a lot of googling along with studying on this thread. It’s made be more conscious of having a quality HVAC contractor and maintenance programs and interested in how the systems work in general.
