Hi there,
I was outside and noticed the exterior combustion intake and exhaust PVC vents for our high-efficiency furnace were blowing air through them. I can hear and feel it, but it is hard to tell if theyre blowing or sucking as its not a lot of air.
I did some checking and confirmed the furnace is in the cooling mode and the venter motor is off, but the blower fan is on (re-circulating the air).
Is this a symptom of a cracked heat exchanger, possibly another issue, or is this normal?
Thanks in advance.
