Bosch vs American Standard

I am so glad I ran across this forum. Been pounding my brain and researching to ensure we make the best choice.

Here's my situation... we recently bought a home in Virginia that's ~20 years old and will be finishing the basement. Fully finished it will be 3-levels and ~3600 sqft. The current HVAC needs to be replaced and I want to make sure that we have a consistent temp across all levels. I had two contractors come in and now I need to make a decision as to what's the best option for us. They are both recommending the same general setup/config but the equipment is different (manufacturer, SEER, tech, etc) so I'd appreciate your expertise and thoughts.

Contractor #1 recommendation is a 16-SEER setup:
~Honeywell Zoning System (2 - Zone / 3 - Dampers)
~American Standard (AHRI Matching) Gold Series 4A7A7 Two Stage Air Conditioner
~American Standard (AHRI Matching) Gold Series AUD2-9V Two Stage Variable Speed Gas Furnace
~New Evaporator Coil

Contractor #2 recommendation is a Duel-Fuel 18 or 20 SEER setup:
~Honeywell Zoning System (2 - Zone / 3 - Dampers)
~Bosch model BOVA-60HDN1-M20G (5 TON) modulating outside heat pump
~Bosch model BGH96M120D5B (120K BTU, 96% AFUE) two-stage condensing gas furnace
~Bosch model BMAC4860DNTF (5 TON) cased evaporator coil
