What are my options? HVAC with long vertical line set

I need some really expert advice...

I am replacing the residential HVAC in a high-rise condo and looking for as much efficiency as possible. However, here's the kicker...
The air handler for the residence (1674 sq/ft) is on the 13th floor and the condenser is located on the roof of the 30 story building (essentially the 31st floor). That's roughly 180-200' higher vertical elevation.

The existing unit was installed in 2006 when the building was constructed. It is a Goodman 4-ton single stage. I don't know the exact model numbers.

Are there any options for a variable stage unit with that line length?
Are there any good options (highest SEER possible) for single stage unit?

The condo itself has pretty good energy efficiency. Despite full floor to ceiling windows on north and west exposures, the ambient temperature inside rarely exceeds 82F even on the hottest Houston summer days without any A/C. There is very little outside air encroachment into the residence as it has entry from interior building hallways that are cooled with a commercial chilled water system. So, I wonder if I am chasing too little gain for the expense since the air inside the condo is already relatively climate controlled by the commercial building systems?

I have also considered adding a dehumidifier, but now wondering if it's even necessary since there is very little outside air entering the residence?

My main question though is what brands/models are capable of such a long vertical line set?
