Ruud vs Ameristar (limited availability of other options) - Florida

Hi All,

1700 SF Rental house - limited options for availability to get tenants cooled. Northwest Florida.

Condenser unit, only. Was dual fuel, but we are retaining the Carrier gas furnace.

No availability of Carrier, Goodman, or American Standard.

Options:
- Ameristar (80% cheaper than Ruud)
- Ruud

I have usual gone with Ruud when close - thoughts?
