Homeowner. House is about 2700sq feet. Just installed the following:
Bosch-BMAC4860CNTF,5TonCasedCoilHP-16Seer21"WX20"H
X 21"D
58TN0A110C2120 Carrier 2 stage ECM Furance
Tye humidity levels are high. We used to be around 40-45%, now we're hovering around 60%. I'm guessing maybe too large of an AC unit? I did notice that my ecobee says 1 stage furnace under equipment. Possible they set it up incorrectly and if so would this cause humidity issues?
If the issue is too large of an AC, is there a way to adjust w/o replacing the unit?
They're coming out next week to look, but not sure I have a lot of trust in this company right now. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
