Gurgling sound from American Standard coil after ERV install

After the installation of a Panasonic ERV, It was connected to the HVAC and used a trigger to run the blower motor. I saw VOC
levels drop from around 500 ppb to 50 ppb. Looked great until hours later when it spiked to nearly 1700 ppb. Upon inspection, I heard a loud gurgling noise from the coil. I decided to shut all components off and open windows. Next day VOC levels dropped to around 800 ppb.

Questions:

How severe/urgent is this issue? What are likely causes? Eg. Refrigerant leak? Low refrigerant level? Clogged condensate line?
