Can Dog Pee Damage A Brand New Outdoor HVAC Unit in Less Than 1 Year?

Hi All,
My home cooling system's efficiency dropped drastically in the last month (only blows room temperature air and never cools as indoor temperature remains the same). It's a brand new home with a brand new system. We moved in 19 months ago and the Heating/Cooling system is still under factory warranty. So, we recently contacted our builder/System Installer and the installer sent 3 different Technicians to checkout the system. First Technician checked indoor and outdoor units and detected a leak in coils of the unit located in attic and cited it as possible cause of refrigerant leak and the reason behind the poor cooling efficiency: part of the said indoor unit in attic containing coil was replaced and 3-4lbs of refrigerant was topped. Efficiency significantly increased beyond 95%. Three weeks later, system failed again and began blowing room temperature air all day. We reported the issue again to installer and another Technician was sent, who came and checked outdoor and indoor units and detected another leak from the attic, this time, leak is coming from inside the wall and concluded that the possible cause of leak may be due to a damaged refrigerant line in wall, 6lbs of refrigerant was topped and Technician left and told us we will hear back from his company later to discuss next steps - system was turned back on and temperature reduced by two degrees within 30 minutes, afterwards, temperature went back up while system continue to blow room temperature air. the entire evening before we turned it off. That night, we emailed them back to report the status of the system. The next day, another Technician was sent, who went straight in my backyard to check only the outdoor unit, then concluded that there is a leak from outdoor unit and concluded that our dog pee corroded the system, causing a leak of refrigerant, then added that warranty would not cover the repair costs. We moved into our home less than two years ago, and we have only had this dog for 8 months. My question is, is it possible for a dog pee to cause total corrosion to both Aluminum fins and copper coils to the point that it causes a leak within this short time? There is no physical evidence of refrigerant leak in form of oil anywhere around the outdoor or indoor unit and there is no physical sign of corrosion damage on both the fin and coils in the outdoor unit to suggest a damage caused by dog pee. Should I be responsible for this repair cost especially since 3 different technicians from the same company diagnosed different causes/sources of refrigerant leak? What is the possibility that this was caused by dog pee especially since it is a brand new system in a brand new home of less than two years? Would appreciate an honest third party opinion.

Attached are pictures of the corners that the last Technician said they detected leaks from. Your expert opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
