New Daikin Fit system leaking after 3 months

So I got a new Daikin Fit system installed end of April. 5 ton air handler and outside unit. The maintenance guy came the next day brought some filters and I said we need to have you every 6 months right to keep the warranty intact? We got the 12 year labor and parts. He says no, you don't even need us once a year, you should have no trouble at all. So here we are 3 months later and my Daikin one thermostat is throwing codes saying system error and fan failure. After a couple of hours and realizing no one was coming out on the weekend, I was looking around and noticed the bottom pan is almost filled with water. I figured at the very least since no one coming till Monday at the earliest, I can vacuum out the drain line and vacuum out the bottom pan and at least have AC for a couple of days. Got it working after that.

Anyway, Questions are

1. Should it really be clogging up in 3 months? They redid the drain from the unit to the wall when they put in the new unit, maybe it isn't flowing correctly?
2. Both switches appeared to be tripped. If the switch next to the drain line trips, why did I have a pan full of water?
