How to access evaporation drainage pipes for cleaning in a tight space?

Hi

I have a very old Goodman A42-15 from the 1990s. Still runs like a champ, knock on wood, and freon tested good last summer. It's been leaking the past couple days and I think I have a clog in the evaporation drainage pipe, but the pipes are in a super cramped space.

I can't get the access panel to air handler off without removing drywall due to a screwy notch design on the panel (1 notch on bottom, 2 notches on side.. can't lift up or move side-to-side. Has to be tilted clockwise to remove)

I need to clean the pipe, but is there an easy way to get into these pipes to clean them without cutting everything off? I might be able to get a pipe cleaner into the 90-degree bend, but I don't want to push the clog into the drip pan (which I can't access without ripping off drywall). I thought about using my shop vac to suck the clog out, but I'd need to block off the exit pipe .. do they make any kind of tool (like an inflation device) to plug pipes for suction?

These pipes are all very short and very hard to work with.

Thank you.

This is where the leak is coming from. If you have any other ideas of what could be causing it, I'm all ears. Water is pooling underneath the drip pan. I've taken off the clean-out cap and and I see ZERO water flowing through the pipe .. it's all spilling down into the venting area below and onto my filter, so I assume it's completely clogged up.
