Condensation on AC Vents

Hello everyone,

3 days ago I replaced a 20 year old Goodman, condenser (3.5 Ton) and Air Handler (4.0 Ton) if I recall correctly, with a Trane XV20i (4TTV0048A1) and TEM8 (TEM8A0C42V41). Today (on the 3rd day after the install) we noticed that our vents are starting to sweat. This never happened to us before in the 11 years that we've been in this house. The ductwork is from 2003 and the new vents have been in place for around 9 months now. Unfortunately we did not have an analysis of the ductwork done before the install.

The current system is set to 77 degrees, Fan Speed is 50% and Cooling Dehumidify is set to 50%. Today the outside temp is 92 degrees and the humidity is around 65%. Any ideas what could be causing this to happen all of a sudden? I left a message for the installer, and I trust that they will find a solution. What should I expect from the installer at this point?

The system itself has made the house significantly more comfortable, but this issue has now appeared. Help!
