New here. I am buying a newly constructed home in north Houston (ZONE 1), the house is 2050sqft and the outside compressor unit installed is ML14XC1S036-230C08.
I looked this model number up and it's only a 3ton unit. I suspect it might be too small for 2050 sqft, 2 story home in North Houston.
I'd love to hear expert feedback.
