3 Amp Fuse in Furnace Blows When setting Thermostat to COOL,,,

Hi there, hope I'm in the correct area to post this question.

As the title states, the 3 amp fuse in my Bryant Furnace (Item: 915SA42060S17) blows as soon as
I attempt to switch the thermostat to "cool," heat and air appear to blow without issue.

I inspected the control box of the outdoor Bryant AC Unit (Model: 113ANA036-I) and did not
see any obvious wear/tear. The last time I ran the AC successfully was in early this month for a few hours.

I just changed the furnace filter for the first time since March 2020 and it was filthy.

I ordered a new contactor and capacitor to rule those components out.

We live in a new home that was built in 2020.

I'm pretty sure one time the LED light flashed the 33 error code but think it usually flashes the 24 error
code once the fuse blows.

I don't have a voltage meter but checked the plunger on the contactor and it moved smoothly.

Do I possibly have a faulty capacitor?

Thank you for any feedback.

Sincerely,

Rooftop Korean
