rattle/hammering after heat cycle ends

Dear HVAC professionals,

I purchased a new AC and heater system in November 2021.
It is a Carrier - models 25HPB648A003 and FX4DNF049L00.

Everything was going very well until we had to use the heater.

In my own words, as soon as the heat cycle ends, the thermostat clicks and there's a brief metallic rattle like noise coming out of intake vent which resonates inside the house. I will refer to the noise as a rattle.
This rattle occurs at least 2 out of 3 times the heat cycle ends and it is very annoying. I will be adding sound clips after I post this.

The contractor that did the work has come out 4 times to look at this. They've tried to tighten and adjust the thin metallic conducts that are close to the TXV valve.
I am being told this is 'normal' operation and that this noise isn't affecting the operation nor the performance of the machine. That this is new technology, compared to my previous 30 year old system (no kidding), and that it deals with more pressure.
I am getting the impression that I am supposed to accept this as normal and just move on.

I've tried looking into it and this is the closest explanation\description I was able to find. Not sure if this is it, I sent this to the contractor, waiting to hear back.
Search for this, I am not allowed to post links. hvacr-tech-tip-how-to-stop-hydraulic-hammering-noise-in-heat-pump-systems-us

My old unit didn't make any such noise and a 3 year old York unit at my father-in-law's doesn't make that noise either.

I find it very hard to believe that this is normal, or that this is expected from 'new technology', and I am trying to find everything I can about this issue.
I want to thank you for your time and for pointing me in the right direction.
