We have a cold snap coming Please read I need some advice

Hello everybody
I have a package unit for my manufactured home it is the Airtemp 14 Seer Packaged Heat Pump Unit VQ7RE Series model Q7RE-036K

Some of you might remember me I bought this unit used it was a Return from a customer the air conditioning company I bought it from did a complete refurbish they put a new coil in it which was the problem it was leaking I've had this unit a little over two years now and I've had zero problems with it

I'm real please the a/c company I got this unit from turned out to be very honest I do have it serviced every six months they come out they pressure test it they clean it. Last year they did replace a capacitor because it was a little weak ( replaced with amrad) he said amrad is so much better than the cheap generic ones and he only charged me $27.

Very recently, I had the technician here to clean and check it to see if there are any issues. iHe checked and cleaned the ac unit and he told me the air conditioner is in great shape

He said that The only issue that he could find and in his opinion at this point is something to watch but not worry about is the contactor which shows a number of 15.6 ?

I think he said 15.6?? he said he will keep an eye on that As he comes out every few months and checks my AC system BUT it was In the acceptable range. he felt it would get me through at least until this coming summer or longer... Other than that, they didnt find any problem.

I'm down here in Central Florida and we're going to be getting a freeze for about two or three nights where the temperature is going to be about 26° at night and 50-55 during the day I'm wondering if there's anything I need to worry about. I don't want my ac system to ice up.

We've had a couple of cold nights last week where it got down to 40/ 37 degrees And I had no problem The heat pump worked very well and kept the house about 76°.

But with the cold snap we have coming in in a couple of days It has me a little bit concerned. I thought I would ask here in the forum what you recommend so that I don't freeze up my coil.

The problem is I like it warm in here and I keep the house about 76 degrees most all the time In the winter and almost 80 in the summer.

I'm real happy with this package unit I got it for about half of what a new one would cost I've had it 2.5 years now and I've had no trouble with it I've have it inspected/cleaned and tested every six months and so far only had to replace a capacitor.

I don't want to burn it up with a cold weather because I know that heat pumps going to turn on and off often throughout the night and during the day it's only going to be about 50° for a couple of days.

Anything I need to worry about any help would be appreciated

If you look at the picture you'll see a lock on the power box

that lock has been removed and now I put zip ties there I don't want to leave it locked because of I ever had a fire no one would have the key except me and if I'm not here the house could burn down

at one time, we had kids running through the area here pulling those power plugs out and stealing them That's why I put the lock on there so they couldn't steal it. Now I have zip ties instead of the lock hoping that would deter theft.I can't believe people would actually do that run through the park and flip up those power boxes and steal those plugs out of there so people's AC units won't work

unbelievable what some people do...:gah:
