I am looking for an opinion about a new HVAC system. The heater is a new NOS compliant unit and since we started using the heater it intermittently makes a loud rumble or explosion noise when the burner is ignited. It packs enough energy you can feel it 20 feet away in the floor. The following link is a recording of the noise. The noise occurs at 58 seconds.

I was hoping with all the experience in this forum you would know if the is normal for all new NOS systems and if not do you know which manufacturers produce units that dont make a similar noise.
Our tech has tried changing the gas pressure with no luck. He has told us that they have other customers complaining of similar problems and he doesnt seem to be getting much support from the manufacturer.
Sorry about the link. You have to remove the space.
