Furnace blower running continuously and does not always ignite.

Hello, This is my first post here.
I would like to see if anyone has any other ideas. I have an American Standard Freedom 80 furnace. This year it started acting strange. The blower motor is coming on first now, which it never did before, and the ignitor does not always heat up. I have replaced the fan limit switch, the flame sensor, the ignitor, and the controller board. I still have the same problem. There is a new thermostat installed also. I have to shut the power off and on to the furnace several times before the ignitor will heat up and the furnace ignites normally, but then when the thermostat is satisfied the flame will turn off but the blower will continuously run, when the temperature drops, the furnace will not reignite. I was thinking the transformer is going bad and that is why the ignitor does not activate, but it does not explain why the blower is running. There is no difference in operation between the old controller and new controller except now when it tries to reignite the valve will open. It did not do that before.

New Controller 50A65 5165
