I have a new 5 stage pump installed early fall. It has been cold here and the outdoor unit has been frosting up frequently (that’s fine). I was just outside and noticed that it’s not “frosting up” evenly now. There’s one horizontal section 2/5th from the bottom that isn’t frosted all the way around.
Is that normal or is there something wrong with that section?
