Mini-Split Heating Mode Discharge Temperatures

I have a Fijitsu Mini in a NJ house that blows nice warm air: 100*+ on cold days.

Will a Daikin high SEER unit blow just as warm air as the Fujitsu?

Background:

I am considering a mini-split for a hard to condition area: a 12x16 room with glass windows on 2 sides, an 8' slider on the third and the forth side is open to the main house with a 10x8 passage way. The 16' wall with 4 large windows gets the prevailing wind and faces NW. This house is located in Delaware near Ocean City, MD. There are 2 x 6" supply ducts to this area.

The main HVAC in the house is a 3T 18SEER Goodman with the old style communicating system and a CTL04 thermostat.

During the summer this room gets a little warm and in the winter the cool air creeps into the main part of the house making sitting in the family room chilly, until the Goodman comes on.

I plan to put a wall mount Mini-Split in the 12x16 room to moderate the temperatures. I am leaning towards a Daikin 24SEER. But No one has sized it yet and I am not married to any brand. Daikin seems to be pretty well represented in this area so any future service should be easy.

Having said that I am a bit concerned about Daikin discharge temperatures in heating mode. The split system installed seems to be performing to spec and I get 20-22* discharge temp delta at the registers on a 35* day. If I look at the Daikin specs for a 9,000 BTU 24 SEER system they quote 12,000 BTU(@47*) and 420 CFM which is a Delta T of 26*- exactly what the 3T split system is rated at. Will it blow warmer by self adjusting the fan speed?

Sorry, my old bones really like a warmer air from the registers, especially if it is mixing with already cooler air from the sun room.
