Is it safe to use the spray that is made for cleaning coils? I know this may sound like a stupid question, but many wipes say they are flushable, yet they clog up the pumps at sewer plants.
Also, I was told by an HVAC repairman that a good way to clean the coils is to spray the coils with a hose while the unit is running, spraying outside to in. Is that advisable?
