Question 1: Is it normal for the outside compressor/condenser to shut off several minutes before the indoor air handler shuts off? When this happens I notice the humidity start to climb until the air handler shuts off.
Question 2: The humidity never drops below 65%. Is it because the units are underpowered? It cools fine (not great) but it doesn't remove the humidity.
This is my parent's house in Miami and the home is approximately 1100 sq. ft.
