Heat Pump - Only Blower Motor Turns Off

I have an appointment for Friday morning.

This is a heat pump for cooling, I do not use the heat.

When I have the thermostat so that it should cool, everything works perfect. It is cooling beautifully.

However, when it reaches the correct temperature or I raise the temperature on the thermostat, the inside blower motor turns off as it should, but the exhaust fan outside stays on, exhaust fan NEVER turns off.

Will this be repairable by the tech? And is it most likely not the thermostat because I'm hoping they won't have to come inside?

I cut the power to the unit for now at the breaker (might have to run it again in middle of day tomorrow though for a couple hours).

Thank you!
