Looking to upgrade my home from an 80% to a high efficiency furnace and A/C combo. Got two different quotes one from Carrier which uses the:

4 Ton Bryant 18 SEER Two Stage Model 187B Evolution Series Puron Air Conditioning System.

I have heard they are both pretty similar.

Somethings to know about the home:
4100 sqft with the basement. 3000 without basement.

Just bought the home and looking for a long term investment.
