I've been trying to figure out if this system I was quoted is AHRI matched and certified (contractor says they only install matched and certified systems). I've tried searching in the AHRI directory but i'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly as I can't seem to find this match.

This will be going in a 1,050 sqft 2 bedroom condo in Georgia (air handler is in small utility closet). I also noticed that it looks like this model air handler comes with a Check Flowrator instead of TXV. On a quote I have from another contractor the Trane TMM5 air handler comes with TXV. For a system like this does Check Flowrator vs TXV really matter that much?
