Tech drilled hole in condensor and released R22

A technician came to my house last week do conduct a "deep-clean" on my Predator BP-090 7.5 ton package unit. When I walked outside to check on what was taking so long after a few hours he told me that he had accidentally put a hole in my condenser with his drill when he was removing the panels. He said he was welding it and then would replace it with 407c and that my system should be better than before since I'd know the exact amount of refrigerant in the system...a system that has never been diagnosed as leaking or low on refrigerant in 13 years.

I didn't hear anything from the owner of the company, not an explanation or apology or follow-up...nothing, not even a bill, and now a week later the company sent me a half dozen invoices for the work they did last week across my unit above and my rentals. There's nothing in there regarding disposal fee for the R22 or any mention of the incident at all. Presumably I don't even have a warranty on this "repair" since there is no record of it.

What are my next steps, if any, I should be taking here? I'm in the desert where temps can climb above 120F but we're still in "winter" so I can't even realistically test the functionality of the system.
