How best to find someone in Texas to hire to calculate a Manual J / D? Likely a certified/licensed HVAC contractor (although been told we need a Professional Engineer to stamp/sign it)
We have tried the usual contacts, but they will only do it in conjunction with buying and installation of a new heating/cooling system. Understandable.
