Brayant 925SA, aldehyde odor at start

I have Bryant 925SA 60000btuh furnace that has aldehyde odor at start, its like this since new about 7 years ago. Tech said there is no CO and thinks its OK. When fan running ON there is no odor, its only when heating starts.

Tech tested drainage and vent pipes, and are "ok" per him.

Odor is present once out of lets say 6 times when heat starts, just for about 4 seconds when blower starts. Its like chemical kind odor.
I heard these furnaces are known for this problem and needs upgrade or something.

Is it something common and does Bryant covers it under warranty? Should I call their authorized service.

Or is there any bulleting for upgrade please PM so I can forward to my tech.
