3 bedroom ~1400 sq ft ranch.
Primarily heated with a wood stove in the living room. Also have heated slab, but it takes hours to warm a cold room.
Have been thinking of piping in a 6 or 8" air duct that pulls warm air from the living room ceiling and put it into the bedrooms.
Does this seem practical?
Currently use a box fan at the end of the hall which helps, but the bedroom doors have to be left open.
