I want to install an Emerson Touch Sensi WiFi smart thermostat today. I have a 2-stage Carrier rooftop packaged heat pump with AUX heat.
I have a C wire and the Sensi has all the same inputs as my existing thermostat, so I feel good about the wiring.
After looking at the configuration instructions online, I have a couple questions with the set up on the thermostat after install.
1. Should I just select HP2 on the “outdoor settings” screen?
2. Will it also allow me to select AC2? It sounds like it’s either or.
3. Can I just skip the “indoor settings” screen since I don’t have furnace?
