Last year our upstairs unit was replaced with the Bova 2.0 heat pump, a Trane XV80 furnace and a Trane XL824 Tstat. Performance was underwhelming in that humidity averaged around 65% in the house. Located in Alabama.
Installer has this installed as a single stage. I was under the impression this system would run constantly but it doesn’t, it cycles on and off. Curious as if this is set up correctly or not?
