Replacing old Coleman Presidential Electric Heater

Hello All, glad to find this forum, maybe you can help......I have a 1980ish manufactured home with a Coleman Presidential II electric furnace and have repaired it again and again (sequencer, fuse holder) and am considering just replacing the unit---has anyone any input for me?

I am considering a Nordyne E7EM unit and see that Nordyne has many labels (MIller, Revolv, Intertherm etc) and wonder if there is ANY difference in quality between the brands?

And, my present furnace manual states 750cfm and 60k BTU---- the nordyne units are rated by BTU-how do I determine the airflow of Nordynes----I am confused with Airflow, BTU and such, just want a new unit that puts out the same heat

Thank You for any help
