Looking for any reviews on this Heat Pump. I’ve had it since 2015 and it’s been nothing but problems for me! Was charged $ for the unit and $ to replace all the flexible duct work. I’ve been using the emergency heat for 3 weeks now because the part I need has been on back order. 8/27/2018 replaced the condenser motor $. 6/06/2019 replaced surge protector, no charge. 6/29/2020 replaced the defrost board $ plus $ for the service call. :gah::gah::gah:
