I just got a new Carrier two-stage heater installed. At the same time, they installed a new concentric kit because I had condensation leaking from the existing one. It was leaking down outside of pipe onto my ceiling. Well now after they installed the new pipe and concentric kit, it sounds like water is running through the pipe, as if a sink was turned on. I am afraid something is seriously wrong and my new heater is going to be ruined.
Is it normal to hear water flowing down the pipe?
