Hello.
We recently purchased a new home that has a Carrier system. The thermostat has ‘profiles’ that allows you to set the desired humidity in the house.
Unfortunately, this does not appear to be functioning.
The thermostat is set to 52% humidity control, test the thermostat states the indoor humidity is 67%.
Looking for input to see if this unit is configured properly or do I just need to reset my expectations.
