I am looking for a technician to replace a new furnace for the condo.
the condo is 1588 sqft with 2 floors, plus 1000 sqft basement. built in 1982, in Michigan.
I had 2 technician came to estimate the new furnace, they all offer 90k BTU 80% efficiency(we can not install 90%+efficiency furnace because the wall is connected to the neighbor).
Do you think 70,000 is better option? Or 90,000BTU is better option?
because corona virus, I just do not want more technician comes to my home to do heat lose calculation.
