I am working as an HVAC Engineer in Maintenance project of Residential and facilities area in saudi arabia.
We need to predictive maintenance of HEX serving CHW to residential apartments. How can we predict that HEX performance is good and no need for any Corrective maintenance?
HEX data and parameters as below,
Brand: HISAKA
Purpose: heat transfer between chiller water and building return water
Design pressure: 1Mpag
Design temp: 40 C
Hold volume : 79.7 l
Surface area: 79.81 m2
Mass (empty) :1930 kg
Primary CHW in temp : 4 C
Primary CHW in pressure : 3.9 bar
Primary CHW out temp : 7 C
Primary CHW out pressure : 4.2 bar
Secondary CHW IN temp : 8 C
Secondary CHW IN pressure : 5.6 bar
Secondary CHW out temp : 6 C
Secondary CHW out pressure : 5.5 bar
Primary CHW flow: 39.82 m3/h.
